I'll bring the table, the cloth, a box of matches, a glass of water. Cigarettes, the candle in the square ashtray; the big round ashtray, three Time magazines, the catalogue from the Sensation exhibition and my new Francis Bacon book full of pictures.
James brought the other small round ashtray, the joint, 'the Mackintosh Style' by E. Wilhide and the Hamlyn 'World Architecture'.
From above: books, ashtrays, stompies, a candle, a glass, a matchbox, a table and an exotic Indian style cloth.
I'd also like to draw all the shadows on the walls cast by light over our bodies at night. A foot hanging over the arm of a chair, a hand holding a wine glass to music, a head leaning back, laughing, and me following it for a kiss.
